The Solutions Engineer is responsible for the technical implementations for clients, billable and non-billable ongoing support and non-product tied services in a consistent and effective manner. The Solutions Engineer is also responsible for product and operational knowledge and the ability to convey that knowledge to the Client. This exempt position may require travel, as well as evening, weekend, and on-call work in addition to normal business hours. The reports directly to the Director of Managed Services.

Applicants will be disqualified for any felony conviction or serious misdemeanors involving violence, theft, or similar offenses. Arrests without a known outcome may also be disqualifying, particularly if the applicant denies the arrest or if the case later results in a conviction. If a report lacks a disposition, we may contact the court directly; any confirmed conviction may result in denial. Applicants may be required to provide their own criminal history records as part of the hiring process.
Our competitive compensation package includes an attractive base salary, commissions, bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
Compensation Range: $75,000 - $110,000
