Compensation and Work Schedule

$52,000 / Year

This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Highlands Ranch, CO location.

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive Accounting Clerk/Office Administrator to provide essential support across our operations, with a strong focus on accounting functions. Reporting directly to the Controller, you will play a key role in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and organization in our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable – Oversee collection efforts and accurately document and process incoming payments.
  • Payroll Support – Assist in payroll processing, maintaining confidentiality and precision.
  • Office Operations – Answer calls, greet visitors, manage mail and shipping, and ensure office supplies are stocked.
  • General Administrative Support – Take on additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education & Experience – 2-3 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree
  • Technical Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, preferably with advanced Excel skills
  • Analytical Mindset – Ability to manage financial reporting and data entry with accuracy
  • Strong Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external interactions
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented – Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight
